Prices and
availability are subject to change without notice until such time
as a deposit has been processed on your cedit
card. No more wet sleeping bags and weather
ruined camping trips. Rent one of our new line
of late-model Fleetwood Graphite model pop-up campers with a propane stove, ten gallon water storage (w/water pump), sink, and curtains! Pick up 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm by appointment, Return by 11:00 am the day of your return. If you want to take off on your trip the first thing Friday morning for example, you will need to rent the camper from the afternoon before, that way you can take it home pack it up and head out at O'Dark thirty if you like. If you need to pick up the camper from Prosser RV on the morning of the day of your departure you will then need to rent it from the day prior; that way your unit will be ready for your appointed pick-up time without your having to wait until 1:00 PM or later to get on the road. |

READY TO PRICE UP A CAMPER RENTAL?
Resevation & Pricing Steps: - On the calendar below select your dates, click CONTINUE.
- Select any options you would like to include, then click CONTINUE.
- Then the rental fee with any options you selected will then be shown.
- At this time you can choose to continue making a reservation or not.
- If you would like to then make a reservation, Click CONTINUE.
- Enter the requested information - click CONTINUE.
- Enter your credit card information, Click CONTINUE.
- Review the summary of your reservatioin request.
- View the Terms & Conditions then select "ACCEPT", then select "BOOK".
Your reservation number will then be displayed and a Pending Reservation Confirmation document will be emailed to you. Once you receive the email, please read it (call if you have any questions), print it out, sign it, and fax it to Prosser RV. Once we have recieved the fax Pending Reservation Confirmation document with your signature we will re-confirm availability, charge your credit card the required deposit amount and CONFIRM your reservation at which time you will receive an email stating that your reservation has been CONFIRMED.

morning? We can usually accommodate a Sunday return, however, you will
generally be paying through morning of the next business day. Click on the picture to the right to
view the set-up video. → You can find "cheaper" rental rates, however, you
will not find a better product or service than you will from
Prosser RV Rentals. Subject to availability (our's and
their's), we will meet any other rental company's rental
rates on a comparable pop-up camper rental within a fifty-mile
radius of our location. In so doing, we reserve the right to
impose the other company's terms and conditions on the rental
rather than use ours (this because most other companies are more
restrictive regarding pets, pre-payments, refunds, pick-up dates,
etc.).
You will need a tow hitch with a 2" ball,
necessary trailer wiring hook-up (flat 4 or round 7) and be able to
tow our pop-up campers (approximate weight empty of 1850
lbs.). No breaking system is required by Wisconsin State law for
trailers under 3000 lbs. |
Rental Rates - Terms -
Conditions: Rental Fees are subject to change
without notice and are only locked in when a deposit has been made
to secure the reservation. No refunds for early
returns. - Pickup Is Between 1:00
P.M. and 5:00 P.M. by appointment.
- Drop Off Is Between 9:00
A.M. and 11:00 AM. LATE FEES of $25/hour apply late
returns.
- Rental
Down-Payment - 10% of your rental fee is due when making your reservation which is non-refundable. This goes
towards your rental fees.
- Security Deposit When you pick up the unit the balance of the rental
fee is due (the Balance Due = Total Rental Fee - Rental
Down-Payment) and a $300.00 security deposit is required which is
payable by credit card. Within three business days
of the completion of your rental the $300 deposit shall be credited
back to you (with adjustments for any cleaning charges, propane
consumption, and/or damage, and/or loss of use).
- Mileage Fees - No
mileage fees are assesed pop-up camper rentals.
- Cancellations - Cancellations within ten
days of your departure and/or no-show’s result in an immediate
charge of the Balance Due amount which you as renter agree to be
charged to the credit card that was used to secure the rental
reservation.
- We only succeed by having
quality products at competitive rates, and happy customers.
