rental dealer - since March 15, 2003. We highly value our customers. Please
call us to check on availability, pricing, and to make a
reservation. We can book motorhome reservations for
you at any of over 130 affiliate locations in the US.
There are several ways you can request an RV Rental quotation:
A) Use the form below by entering in your intended departure date (departures are between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM by appointment) and your return date (returns are due between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM on the day of your return - closed Sunday's and Holiday's), fill out the requested information, select any options you would like the click Reserve enter in the requested information, hot send and you have a reservation.
If the
program does not seem to work for you or if it shows to check an
alternate location, please call us at 414-766-1079. We still
may have availability even if it does not show this in the pricing
program.
B) You may also send us a quick email providing the following information:
1. proposed rental dates (picking up in the afternoon, returning in the morning) 2. estimated mileage 3. size of motorhome requested (C-25 up to 5 people, C-30 up to seven people) 4. proposed pick-up and return location ( we have access to 130 locations around the country)

Pick up 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm by appointment,
Return by 11:00 am the day of your return.
If you want to take off on your trip the first thing Friday morning for example, you will need to rent the camper from the afternoon before, that way you can take it home pack it up and head out at O'Dark thirty if you like. If you need to pick up the camper from Prosser RV on the morning of the day of your departure you will then need to rent it from the day prior; that way your unit will be ready for your appointed pick-up time without your having to wait until 1:00 PM or later to get on the road.

If you call please be aware that we may be quite busy (which is why we offer the above two alternatives for your convenience). Most of your questions can be answered by doing a bit of reading on your part. We are pleased to assist you any any way that we can within the limits of our available resources.
The pictures below are representative of the Class-C
motorhomes available at our location. The first diagram is the Large RV (rated for up to
seven people), the next diagram is the Standard RV (rated for up to
five people).
IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR MOTORHOME RENTAL
ØObserve all state and federal traffic laws; not doing
so is in violation of your rental contract.
ØDo not travel with more than four people in the
compact MH, five people in the Standard MH, and seven people in the Large MH.
Yes, children of any age count.
ØWear seatbelts at all times while traveling.
ØHeight of vehicle is 12’; width is 9’9”.
ØALWAYS have someone behind you guiding you when
backing up.
ØMake wide turns, watch out for the rear-end swing of
the unit.
ØCheck oil each time you fill up the gas tank. If you
need to add oil use 5W-20 oil and keep the receipt for reimbursement upon your
return. Also, check tires for pressure and wear at each fuel stop.
Ø11:00 a.m. check-in time on day of return or $25.00/hr
late fees will be automatically applied. Your being late is likely to cause
serious delays with another renter who had planned on picking up their unit
upon your return.
ØIf you experience problems during the rental of your
motorhome you will be given a toll free number at the time of your departure. Personnel at the hot-line phone
number are trained to deal with any kind of problem that you may experience
with the RV. Certain problems may be remedied with minor trouble shooting while you are on the phone,
while others may require professional attention.
ØDo not try to repair a flat or damaged tire. Call the toll free number.
ØIf you are in an accident of any kind;
oEnsure that everyone is safe – if need be call 911.
oCall the toll free number immediately.
oGet the names, addresses, phone numbers, and insurance
information of any other party involved in the accident. Record this
information on the Accident Report Form provided you at departure.
ØIf you determine that you need to replace the sewer
hose, windshield wipers, or other minor items on the unit; please do so using
your discretion, bring back receipts and you will be reimbursed upon your
return.
ØOther charges that may apply:
o
$70 in and out – for normal
Cleaning - The unit must be returned clean inside
(i.e. floors, refrigerator, bathroom, toilet, shower, sinks, beds, etc.) and
outside and returned in a “ready to rent” state. On a pre-paid basis Prosser RV will clean the
interior and exterior of the motorhome for $70 assuming “normal use” cleaning
services are required. Surcharges may apply for “excessive cleaning requirements”
(e.g pet hair, lots of dirt and/or filth in the motorhome or compartments,
stinky refrigerator, excessive bug or mud on the exterior, etc.) at a rate of
$45/hour.
§Normal Use Cleaning Fees are: $35.00 interior plus $35
exterior
oPets -
While pets are allowed in the motorhome, you are responsible for any damage
caused by pets and any cleaning that may be required because of your pet. For
example removing pet hair from the upholstery is often very difficult as is
removing “pet odors”.
oSmoking -
is not allowed in the units. Tobacco/cigar smoke smell upon your return will
result in a $100 “ionization” air cleaning charge.
oDamage – renter responsible for 1st $500 of damage per
occurrence.
o
$35 we do it
Holding Tanks – if you intend to return the unit with the wastewater
holding tanks empty to avoid dumping fees, you must leave the cap off (swing it
over the top of one of the valves) and leave both the holding tank valves open.
If you choose not to do this a $35.00 holding tank emptying fee will be
applied upon your return.
o
$5/gal. 5-8 gallons is typical ($25-$40)
Fuel – return the unit with the same level of fuel as it
was at your departure or we will refill the fuel tank for a charge of
$4.50/gallon (plus surcharges if any).
oPropane - return the unit with the same level of propane as it was at your
departure (the propane tank is topped off prior to your departure, the tank
fills to 80% of max for safety, the gauge on the outside of the propane tank
will read from 3/4 to F when it is “full”. We will refill the propane tank for
a charge of $5.00/gallon (plus surcharges if any). The tank holds 11.2
gallons.
oGenerator – you will be charged $3.00/hour for generator usage.
oEngine Oil and Coolant - You will be charged $10 per quart if the coolant
and/or engine oil is at or below the minimum fill line upon your return and may
be liable for any damage caused by you not replenishing the engine oil and
coolant during your trip.

Comparison Shop for your RV
Rental - we are pleased to be compared with any other local,
regional or national RV rental company. When "shopping
around" for the best RV rental experience, ask "What will this
whole trip cost me?" don't just settle for someone telling you what
their "rates" are.Rates do not equal cost! To compare RV rental quotes,
please compare; (a) the rental fee (this is based on the number of
nights that you will be renting the RV,(b) the mileage charges
(based on your estimated total traveled miles during your rental
there is a mileage charge, (c) ask about excess and/or unused
miles, (d) ensure that insurance is included in the rental quote,
(e) taxes are 5.6% + 5.0% Rental Tax for all motorhome rentals in
the state of Wisconsin, make sure that these are included, (f)
lastly, ask about other charges, fees, etc. With all of this
information in hand you are then able to compare the cost of
renting from one firm vs. another. Without this
information, you are at the other RV rental company's
mercy.

special winter get-away packages. Rent one of our quality
Class-C motorhomes for thirty days or more from October 4
through March 14 for $59.00 per day (plus mileage and
taxes).

One-Way
Rentals: Want to pick up a unit in Milwaukee,
Chicago, San Francisco (or any of our affiliate 135 locations and
return it to a different destination? With Prosser RV this is quite common. Because all of the units
are part of an integrated fleet one-way rentals are very common with us. This year our
Milwaukee location has sent units on one-way trips to; Alaska,
California, and Arizona, Las Vegas, Orlando, and Atlanta.
