We were traveling from CA to WI and Upper MI to visit friends and relatives when we had a severe warranty issue that became an emergency on our Coachmen Galleria. Although Prosser's Premium RV Outlet in Sturtevant, WI was completely booked in their service department, Carrie Willms created an early appointment for us, brought in one of their super technicians, Jeff, before normal hours and got us back on the road in less than an hour.
